I live right on biscayne bay , (deering bay )several of the rescue personal left from our marina. Yesterday at around 1pm the bay was flat ideal conditions to max out our high performance toys. We must learn from this tragedy
the use of all safety equipment that we can use, we can go fast but knowing our safety limites .
