My guess for the windshield is that it is one of the wipers, where a circular piece spins to spray the water away. kinda like they have on the fishing boats on deadliest catch. but I may be wrong, someone posted a link not to long ago wondering about them.

This would be a whole lot tougher if it were a "Pretty Arch Contest."

Let's face it: They're all ugly. It's just a matter of degree. But so far, there are some real beauts here.

The Fountain may just be the ugliest boat I have ever seen.
