[QUOTE=seafordguy;3275673]What a deal.......

For 200k you could give the owner of Rare Breed full price and stock it with 1k worth of moderately priced liquor.

Plus 50k worth of paint !!!!!!!!!!!!! That thing has a but ugly paint job !!!!!!!!

You are correct but if the vessel is US Coast Guard Documented, that info is public record.

here is the link:

All you need is the vessel name or doc #......

One of three things is going to happen down the road a ways:
1. Some lucky sap is going to buy it,get it running and run into the best looking babe of his life and have a ball with her....
2.Some one will buy it and get killed running !!!!
3.It will be up for sale as a field potato on craigs list..

Jim

Before its all said and done all three may happen !

hell for all the trouble its not worth it...there is a 07 39 mti w 850 's and #6's asking price is 199k and it runs 140mph last week it was 40k more...the seller is cleary moviated so i bet a deal can be had--its a deal at that price.

thats 3 year newer boat, turnkey, motors, and drives and the colors are not as funky!!! all for $100k --thats a pretty good deal!!....not to mention all the back yard patch job to the transom and engine comparment!!!!

the 07 is listed in the classifieds here--somenes gonna get a deal

This boat is not worth 100k as it really needs to be evaluated as a boat minus power and drives as no one would seriously consider running the boat (if possible) in its current condition. Makes me wonder if there are even working parts in the outdrives?

Boat needs another $150k in power so the price is just to far out of line with what value it actually has.
