Just buy two engine/drive packages. If you total up the prices for two packages plus a spare engine, you get the same total as the 2+1 package.

Why is adding a drive different $$ for each engine?
650 - 39K; 63K = ~24
725 - 47K: 68K = ~21
570 - 28K - 59K = ~30

Also 570 and 625 eng and drive same price = $59,666

Good question, my guess is new technology vs. old w/ regard to the Gen IV 570 being similarly priced as the Gen III 625.

Simple:

If you buy the combination package:

Two 7-10 packages with extra engine = $176,286
Spare 7-10 engine by itself = $42,086
Therefore, the cost of two 7-10 packages = $134,200

If you buy two 7-10 packages indendently:
2 7-10 packages bought separately: 2 x $67,100 = $134,200

OK?

I think that the "higher" price for the Indy drive with the older Gen III engines might be due to the electronics/interface issues that NASCAT went through on his retrofit project. I have no idea why adding a drive to the 725 costs less than adding a drive to a 650. Maybe it's an incentive to buy the higher-HP packages.

Anyway - It seems like $21k to $24k for an Indy drive and transmisssion is a killer deal.
