Go - Go - Go my Cigarette Bro's

Jim, makes me think back when I first splashed mine .... ahhhh yeah.

Sean, I don't know how you've managed to keep the boat on the trailer for all this time ... I'm sure you'll let us know when and how that first day goes.

Back in the old NewsGroup, when I first mentioned I was looking for a Cafe, I caught a lot of flack about how slow and heavy the Cafe was. Boy am I glad I didn't let that sway me away. The Cafe is an awesome boat to own, especially if you boat in areas where the water can go from 1'-2' in the morning to 4'-6' in the afternoon, like offshoreonly in the Pacific. I'm dialed in to 75+ mph and even though I still want more, 70+ in 4'-6' is moving out for a little 35 footer.

"Little 35 footer"!? Gary, you make me laugh man....35' boat is not small!

Jim, wait until you get that thing in some rough water...That's when that boat comes alive! That stuff you're running on in the pics is too smooth! Looks great...Gotta love the cafe racer.

A friend with a Bayslammer was taking pics and video taping so I had to stay in some calm waters for him

As soon as I get a little more comfy with the boat, I plan on finding some ferry waves or tugboat waves. It can get pretty rough out in the shipping channel too. I couldn't find anything where I was this weekend that even made the boat think about leaving the water. Could have been drinking out of a wine glass and left it on the dash.

God I love the ride.

Congrats Jim, Boat looks great. I can't wait to get mine in. I should have it ready for Memorial day weekend. Now if the weather would get about 50 we will be happy.

Tank. in my dreams I'm always running out front Trust me, I am trying to figure out how to get into a Gun or Tiger. Right now, my problem is, I can't afford to double my monthly and the Cafe has been real sweet to me lately.

Sean, I am running somewhere around 520-540hp. They were built by Vern Gilbert at Gentry Marine Power. I didn't do the dyno but I have about 75 hours on them so far and they are still running strong.
