They do answer e-mails if sent to the correct person. I am brand new here, but have recieved direct answers to questions. I first try and read the rules and search the posts for answers, but if that does not work, they respond. Maybe try and look for your answer here first, by searching the old threads.

Are ya Special or just in trouble?
Will you be attending the Miami Boat Show?
I leave tomorrow for Ft. Lauderdale for a couple days then a cruise Saturday. We are going to the Show Saturday the 19th right after we get off the ship.
I still do not have any resolution on my engine warranty issue from "you know who."

sorry to hear bout your motor problems you need to start a thread in the BEWARE SECTION !!! wait a couple weeks i promised Sp@@dy no trouble for 3 weeks
on the brite side your old engine bldr takes trade ins but prolly dont want there crap back
