You can only shop for so long for a house before you've seen everything. Then, when you get to that pount, you need to step back for a day, (or 5), and get your mind off of house hunting. THEN you can go back to it in full force with a clean head, (or hungover) and a tan.

Are you nder the mistaken assumption that once you have the burden of a mortgage you'll have more time/money to do a LOTO trip?? Uh-uh......better do it now while you still can.
I've got a small, inexperienced crew on G-Force this year and I could use another hand on board (Oh Waterfoul, you hear that?).
Besides, always nice to have someone mechanically inclined on board. My condo is already paid for, so I could give a rat's ass about who pays what (Ummm...you guys that are already going down with me - disregard that statement).
So c'mon...we're leaving late Thursday night and taking 2 cars/2 boats between 5 people. I've got room for you amigo - let's see which of us can out-top on another!

Wally, You really should go and send me back all the pics you can! Buy the house when you get back. I dont think rates are going up to soon. Audio needs someone to hold him up, Nort wont be there so its up to you. If you cant go you should come out here to the races June 7,8,9. We can torture Jon1 Hes racin. Mark
