1. Why didn't you use a bigger boat?

Such a bummer. If you still have the stuff......emmerse it in distilled water and give Nikon a call. Change the distilled water every six hours. Remember, most electronics are washed in water after assembly. :eek: Sorry Jay.

PLEASE tell me that is an old picture and you did not go into the drink with all your gear! I had that happen to me a while ago and it SUCKED!!! Body fell out of my bag and went into the drink.

Thanks for the advice- waiting to hear from Nikon to see if mounting a salvage op is a worthwhile idea.
