My single engine hopped up 525SC/560ish hp Pantera used more fuel at cruise speeds than my 32 AT with 502mpi's. The Pantera averaged about 1.25mpg and the AT averages about 1.5mpg.

598ci N/A about 750hp

I cruise at 3500rpm and burn about 25gph and cruise at 55mph. So about 2.2mpg.

Of course the throttle doesnt stay in that position for long, and I can assure you, it gets thirsty at 6000rpm.

Good plan. For some reason I thought you had some big engines in your Cafe. I guess my memory sucks!!

I used to...that's where I learned my lesson.

WFO speed:...I want to say 70, but I'd be lying.
69's a fine number anyway.

25 Daytona, blown 509 / 900. Cruise at 3500 nets 75mph and 1.5mpg. 6000 nets 110 and just barely 1mpg

LMAO!!!!! Nice seeing you last week.

For me:
38 straight-bottom Top Gun, big cubic inch N/A's (800HP) with #6's.

I figured out last season that I average .88 mpg at cruise. 4000 rpm's is right around 60-62 depending on water conditions.

WOT.....don't want to know.
