flat spot on the existing tire still on the trailer with a locked up break and a busted axle and a bent up fender. My guy hooks up to it, drives less than 100 miles and the axle and wheel come flying off

To have it returned in anything less than the condition it was in when it left is wrong. Whoever borrowed it is responsible for putting the trailer back to it's pre-borrowed condition. We all understand accidents can happen, it's how a person responds that brings to light their true character.

Randy, your a good guy that goes out of your way for people and it really sucks to hear you got taken advantage of. I hope things get resolved easily for ya.
