It's a part of finding the right boat. Be gald you didnt get into a bad deal you cant get out of. Happens every day. Go find another one.

Consider yourself lucky that you didn't buy the boat unseen and had it shipped to you. Your ok. Out a little gas money, a little pissed off, but you have money to buy a boat and a market geared toward the buyer(you)! Seems you can't trust hardly anyone these days. You don't want to hear my horror stories. Go buy you a boat. Bob

I have heard that story many times and it has happened to me also. Be glad you did not send the money and have him send you the boat.
Good luck in your search.

i agree with the others. forget about the negatives and concentrate on the positivies.

this is a great economy for boat buying. there are a lot of deals to be had. now you can re-think exactly what boat you want and pursue it. i dont know your location but if you are in the northeast you have a solid 2 months of boat searching before summer starts.

i wouldnt dwell on this sour deal. go out and find the boat of your dreams.
