Were in how many boats are expected ? I called Country Inn on 5-8 and ask about rooms for the poker run and guy a the front desk did not seem to know about the event but said something must be going on because there were only a few rooms left at $129. I ended up booking at the Fairfield Inn on Shallowford Villiage Drive the girl I talked to said they had a large parking area.

The Fairfield Inn does have good parking and right next to Cracker Barrel.
My last count I had 47 boats confirmed. We expect more to make those day trips though since we are 1-2 hours from several big cities, i.e. Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, etc.

Water is great. Took a few speed runs yesterday and it's clean, clear and at normal levels.
