Ill settle for my three year supscription I paid Hot Boat for b4 they tanked. I did like their t shirts though.

Totally agree, as do most people who log any significant time online. Want me to never even consider buying your product? Use a pop-up ad that doesn't give me a choice of whether or not I want to view it. The trick, and at least in my limited experience because I haven't seen any online ads conjuring it, is to create an ad that people want to open.

You know what's really made me think about this in the past few years? Super Bowl ads. In most cases, they're as good as the game. That only comes from creative, outside-the-box thinking. Otherwise, Super Bowl ads would suck as badly as the ads you generally find on television.

That's a great idea. An ad people will want to watch. I'm actually led to read the fine print in many of the ads in PB if the copy is superimposed on an interesting picture. I regularly peruse the Teague and Tomlinson ads as well as the Eddie Marine, etc. And I SOO like the fact that they don't flash or assault me in any way!
