Help with prop identification

The prop says powertech on it but there's no information about the diameter or the pitch. It's on a 24 outlaw with a 454/B1. I'm seeing ~60 mph at 4400 rpm, which seems a little low. Can't you safely turn the old carb'ed 454's around 4700-4800? The boat planes just fine without any help from the tabs.
Any of you guys know what the specs on that prop are from the photo? Or if it's optimal for this boat at this power level?

Had these lying around. Got more, but they should give you and idea. Most are 4200-4600 and the mag ect. are higher. Got others, but these give a pretty good idea about them.
