Default Where i can found last owners with VIN

Hi all,,

I want to know where i can found last boat owners with the vin of my boat, because i buy a boat from texas with trailer masterloader,, and today i pass the custom (us to canada) and the registration i have for the trailer is a Home Made trailer but its not true because its aluminum trailer and in fact the trailer dont pass the border,,

If i have the Vin number of the trailer, its possible for me to have a new title from Magic tilt,, but in the sticker of the trailer,, the vin number is gone with the years,,

i need help please,, i want to found last owners of my boat,, maybe i found the vin number of the trailers,,,

thanks in advance

search in the Department of Motor Vehicles in the state where you purchased the boat/trailer....if you find the last registered owner of the boat, hopefully that will help you find the trailer's number by looking through the vehicles owned by the same person....good luck
