Well we try not to crash whether there are heli's or not! But for testing when there arent full safety and medical present its in the back of our minds. We train to rescue ourselves either way, as thats the most effective policy for survival in an accident.

It was the first time out for the new season, so it was good to shake it down. We test at every race site no matter what to get the lay of the land and win the setup game.

Red lights are limiters/warning system.

Havasu gets lake wind chop no swells. Just tight chop 3 foot at most I would say. Not like powell or tahoe just not big enough. Where we were in the video is pretty much the most wide open area on the lake.

Bobs the best,,, great video... man oh man, that looked like a very rough ride.... Driver has his hands full,, a few times the steering wheel just about jerked his hand's off,, and the 36 continued going straight.... unreal...

That was fun to watch.

Just curious, did you do anything special with the mount for the cockpit camera?
Maybe it's just me, but the vibrations of the boat seemed more acute, and separated from the movement of the camera- as though the camera was dampened with a shock absorber. Nice.

What are the 2 lights (one between the tach and speedo on both sides) for?
