HOLY MOLY!!!!
While any death is tragic, accidents will happen but the percentage is infinitely small - 32 deaths out of 372 MILLION visit(ors)!!! AND, their "Study" is designed for predictable outcome and will be a huge success. After all, how can one possibly drown if you have a vest on? Sounds like they are rigging the results for what purpose? Boy, are they going to make a big difference! |

Actually it's not CA at all...(this time). It's the corps of Enginners. They are doing a 1 year study on this lake. They happen to control it as well. BTW, I think it totally sucks. Pretty soon they will want to make all of us use a helmet just incase we trip.

Aside from all that it's gorgeous country though |
