Default Best prop for a 382 Fast tech

My buddy has an 01 Formula 382 and the props are just too old now have been cleaned up 4-5 times and has lost like 4 mph this last time. He has the 500 efi's and a gen. loaded heavy boat.

Speed? Rpm's? Gear ratio? Has the boat accumulated a bunch of gear and upgrades?

Does he have the XZ drives? I had XZ and 28's B1 props....then labbed.

I had heard 28 Bravos were best suited for that boat but bought mine with built motors......I ran 34's. Then re-powered without blowers and dropped to 32's. The maximus I had were best but the drives didn't like 'em.
