Yes, you can get knocked out and still stay inside the boat! That is a bad idea for fast power boats! Needs to be an attached type to the operator! Don't ask me how I know this!

Oh, wow! yes i think i'll order a dozen . I'll wrap one around my leg and another around my arm and maybe 2 or 3 more around my ankle and then i should be pretty safe and sound.....I wonder if i can order them in all diffrent colors????????? Get real
