Don't think thats correct. We're over flood stage now but not serious yet. I don't know of any refineries down here that are shut down or cut back yet. Only issue over the next few weeks will be docks shutting down up and down the river as the flood crests. As of today Exxon in Baton Rouge is still 100%.

Yesterday I noticed gas dropped to $3.85 gallon but Diesel is still at $4.09, and has been for about a month.

Doesn't seem to move, I still don't get it, diesel has been higher then gas for 6 or 7 years, even before the low sulfur regs came in.
