Did I miss it in the story ? I didn't see where it said he was drunk, but then again, I never read the whole thing. I must have missed it. Oh well, because it wouldn't be right to assume.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police said an Oklahoma City man died Sunday in a boating accident near Alberta creek on Lake Texoma.
Jeffrey Bain, 49, was driving a 1990 Baja 32-foot boat from Lows High Port Marina to Alberta Creek Marina in Marshall County at about 3:20 a.m., police said.
The boat was traveling at about 65 mph when it struck rift raft at the Railroad Bridge and traveled 20 feet onto the rocks, authorities said.
Officers said Bain, who was thrown out of the boat and onto the rocks, was taken to Integris County Hospital in Madill where he was pronounced dead due to massive injuries.
Bain's two passengers survived the accident. Chad Burnett, 20, was uninjured, while Audry Bain, 21, was treated for a head injury at Integris County Hospital and was released, police said.
Police said they think alcohol played a role in the accident, with Bain smelling like an alcoholic beverage.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I told you I never read the whole thing. I just don't have the attention span, probably from too many shots to the head.
