I will be very blunt about his budget. If you want cash in pocket for you boat buy next week and it is an honest "8" or over send me pics and specs and I will forward them. If he likes the boat I will recieve 10% of his offered price in an escrow account and if you accept I will fly out to Sea Trial the boat early next week. If the sea trial and survey check out I will have money in your hand within 48 hours.
