Am I missing something? Seems the law is the same as always, just .08 in lieu .10

I've read the new law as well. As far as I read, it looks like BAC is lowered, possibly more boarding rights. I didn't see anything in the law itself that looked onerous.

Read a bit further in that paragraph. It's the APC part that they are now interpretting as giving them the right to nail you while anchored up. This was newly added.

Just finished reading the whole post. I have a Class A CDL, read that re: DUI lowers BAC to .04 . Not just trucks but for personell vechicles and possibly boats too. I live in Ma. "HIGH LIFE"

So if someone is stone sober and has minimal coordination, are they subject to a OVI / DUI? I love that thought. A person shouldn't be prosecuted based on their BAC but rather their performance on the road. If someone has a BAC of 0.12 and is responsible vs. some sober clown texting/talikng on the phone/wiping Johnny's chin and runs someone off the road, who is at fault? The sober SOB has no excuse if you really think about it.

Welcome to the sissification of America!!!

Well this is just bizarrely incorrect. Not true in any way, shape or form.
