Need a little throttlin' advice...

Yeah...I'm starting to figure it out now. Throttles are a LOT more sensitive than before...I'm barely moving the sticks when I leave the water (not that I ever really sawed at them) and keeping the rpms high (but not too high!) seems to be the solution.
