Default Problems with the idling on the Volvo Penta engine

Hi, I have a volvo penta 8.1 liter with engine kit from Raylar Engine. I have problems with the engine sometimes traps up to 2000 rpm at idle and then after goes down to under 1000 rpm. Sometimes so low that it stops. It never happens when the engine is in gear only in neutral. Anybody have an idea what this might be? Gas pressure is now adjusted exactly so it should not have anything to do with that. Thanks for the reply. Ronny

Have you spoken to Raylar? Sounds like something in the Idle Air Control.
