I thought that a 29 with 525 would run close to 80 mph? I would think it would run close to 100 mph with almost 900 hp?

You could be right. I was going to edit my post and put 90-95 but no big deal. The 29s are definitely fast boats.

I agree, 29 with a 600sci runs 83-85 or so.... 800+hp should net at least mid 90's, maybe high 90's.
