21 pitch ss 1.50 350mag 30mph 3000 rpm 52mph 4600
25% 15% slip on a stepped hull Harry Schoel 24-25' DDC design full tank 72 gal 3 adults does this sound right
also it vents if trim is up very much at all

15% sounds about right. What kind of prop are you using? Have you tried any other props? did the slip change?
