If I were young and had the skill and wanted to be in business for myself I would go into marine upholstery and canvas work. If your good I think you can get all the work you want and if your great you can charge what you want, people will pay threw the nose for quality for their boat, I have an upholstery business with 8 upholsters but we mostly do residential and commercial work.
