About 40 minutes from Homestead to Key largo, and another half hour to Islamorada. The small cats fly, but we all seem to get there at the same time, any rough water, and they get passed by my 60MPH boat. Saturday was dead flat. that's great didn't take long at all . also 60 gallon's not bad so i would think a single 300xs motor would burn a little less then that . the tank on the checkmate only hold's 63 gallons max :)
