Laster's 24LD Progression with a very simple Whipple charged 502 runs 95 MPH. I think that shows the difference between that hull and a Baja. Both are non-stepped v-bottoms. One is much more efficient.

The Velocity is a great hull, what is your projected speed with the new power?

George Desmond had an 18' Donzi Classic with a blown small block and Arneson drive that ran 110+. I don't remember the exact numbers but it was a sick ride, may have been closer to 120.....
