He wants $10k with a built 90hp Yamaha. Boat should run well into the 70's. Mine run low to mid 80's with a stock 130. Its not a toy, just a real fast small boat that runs like a much bigger boat. No minihawk or cougar cub will touch it. In fact, it will outrun a lot of boats much bigger.
