Great video, John. I doubt there are too many organizations with as many family teams as we have in OPA.

I think that was a patrol boat that was sitting right on the line we wanted to run by the seawall.

The convo was something like this:

Me- that patrol boat is right on our line
BT- he'll get the the picture

and sure we joke around some but its mostly serious business in the race boat.

Creative Powerdirector

Its simple enough for a wannabe like me but has enough features to accomplish a good video.

JT

BTW, I have heard of GoPro warrantying entire setups from a broken mount or some other failure. Shoot them an email with pics its worth a shot.

If you want Bob to smile, test a 20' bowrider with him while riding shotgun. He'll put it through its paces and then some and give the best commentary you've ever heard.

Default 368 Skater- TEAM AMSOIL

I love the cockpit camera. Like to see how Bob hammer's the trottle at the start, and how much he comes on/off the trottle throughout the run... He's the best!!

Great job driving John. Looks like your hands were cramping up a little bit at the 6:10 mark, saw you stretch out a little bit......

Great job and I love the tunnel view too..!!!
always nice to have a windshield view too, for next time...

The oil we use in the AMSOIL #77 525EFI's as well as all new engines rolled out of Teague Custom Marine is 15w-50 Dominator. I highly recommend it.

The tunnel camera was the suction mount, with some shrink wrap tape on it for extra insurance. I wanted to test the tunnel view at a smooth water race. So far I haven't lost any cameras I would like to keep it that way LOL

What other angles do you guys want? I'm realizing these things will stay pretty much anywhere... on the transom at the drive/prop? ideas?

JT
It would be interesting to know how a conventional Performance oil would fair in a race such as this in comparision to the Amsoil Synthetic or any synthetic.

Was there any truth to the idea that synthetics contributed to cam lobe wear with roller lifters or was this for solid roller lifters only??

Thanks
