Well here is your chance to own some really cool boating history !!!!! One of the original Miami Vice boats is going to the Mecum Auction on Sept 24 ,2011 in Geneva Lake ,WI
Just North of Chicago .... The Boat was for sale for $125,000 in case you want to avoid the auction..
Here are the web sites to look at :WWW.miamiviceboat.com or WWW .Mecum.com
The Boat is completely restored and has some Big power - Lot faster than the old stock motors. 102 out of 100 on the cool scale.

Its actually Lake Geneva............... About 1.5 hours northwest of Chicago. Only 45 minutes outside Milwaukee. It is a resort town with a beautiful lake and a lot to do. Speed limit makes it suck for performance boaters but its really nice and has always been a spot for the "old money" of Chicago- Wrigley, Schwinn, Crown, etc.

Nice place

I really struggle with that boat being worth 125K... Even original it just doesn't seem like the market will support it. Curious to see what the auction brings

I'd take it for a much lower price. But the owner probably has too much emotional commitment and connection so he'll probably keep it.
