2008 Main dock photo: http://98.131.98.34/Portals/0/Galler...r/100_0528.jpg
The above photo shows the lack of ANY required signage, starting from the point of the docks and continuing all the way up the hill to the building in the background, which houses the dump station.
2009 Fence and gate concealing dump station photo: http://98.131.98.34/Portals/0/Galler.../WorkDay-1.JPG
The above photo shows the restroom building in the background. The fence and gate conceal the porti-potti dump station (white building with grey roof and wood fence). Again, note the lack of any signage to identify that a dump station even exist there.
2009 View from restroom/dump station to docks: http://98.131.98.34/Portals/0/Galler...20Ceremony.JPG
The above photo again shows the path between the docks and the building housing the dump station, this time taken from the corner of the building looking down to the main dock and bridge where the temporary tie up dockage should be. Again note the lack of ANY signage from the lake all the way up to the building housing the dump station, as is required by the CVA grant.

Petition Signer #1 was in the swimming cove with her family. She was 8 months pregnant and had a 1 year old son with her when she started feeling ill. She was driven by a power boat to the docks so that she could use the public restroom facilities. She was told while she was up there that she is not allowed to park at the docks because there are no courtesy docks.

Many boats and families regularly tie up in the swimming cove directly adjacent to this marina. It is a mix of Go fast, cruisers, sailboats, and anything that floats all tied together and having a good time. We will be there again all this weekend.
