I made a template out of cardboard and then had it made locally by a plastics shop. Cost $75..

Cignificant how well did it fit, and how hard was it to make the template? My race fairing has a curved radius to it, I think it would be hard to make a template out of cardboard, I need to find something that will hold its shape better, maybe lead flashing? Anyone else have any ideas, thanks for the replys.

My fairing is bascially straight with two bends so it was easy to make out of cardboard. It fits great. Here's the only picture I have of it..
