I'm not a salesman. It's more facts than cheering. All everyone does on here is say how good cigarette is how good Mti is how good skater is ect.....alot of Outerlimits owners arnt on here so I have to stick up for the brand. Especially when a person is looking for a 120mph vee bottom.

Some people prefer ours and some theirs. Nice to have choices.

Nor-Tech
WOW, very well said.

For sometime I have publicly stated, that I have been extremely impressed with NT
design, build, quality, value, and fit and finish.

Seeing NT objectively and accurately comparing strengths with other top quality brands,
any saying that another brand does something specific a bit better (in this case speed),
demonstrates the integrity of the management team.

The more I look at NT, the more I think a NT may be in my future.

Like Terry said "Nice to have choices".

To the original poster:
I am a former OuterLimits owner, they treated me like I was the biggest and most
important customer, and the boat was 2nd to none!

I love this Chit Let's face it there is no wrong or right answer here they all offer something different from speed to ride to resale to apperance to fit and finish and oh yes brand loyalty. I would say Cigarette has that Harley Davidson kinda feel my not be as fast a jap bike but you sure do look cool when you are going by Seriously it would be fun to go out and look at new boats there is alot to choose from:
Hustler
Active Thunder
Outerlimits
Cigarette
Nortech
Skater
Sunsation
Sonic

Oh by the way Apache deserves respect especially the 41 that hull and boat where way ahead in their time and still hang tough with all the new technology bottoms out there. It may take more power but it is still impressive!

1.Skater is a Balsa Cored boat. Not sure of MTI but I think it is Balsa core.

2. Never seen an Outerlimts Cat run a radar run or passing Skaters at a Poiker Run.

3. Mystic is appears to be Klegecell or Divinycl boat. JBS and Geico would know.

The Outerlimits cat ran by everyone including all the skaters on the Atlantic City poker run a few years ago. Key West last year it was the Outerlimits and Statement cat in front all the way to Gilberts. Bill T ran by everyone at the 1000 Islands poker run over and over again when he had his OL cat. I've never seen you at a poker run so how would you know?

Why did Tomlinson buy an Outerlimits cat and sell it immediately and go build the identical boat in a Mystic?

I think Outerlimits builds a nice V now.

He didn't sell it immediately he had it for almost two years. He wanted to go 220 in a cat. The 6 man huge canopy Outerlimts fully loaded was not the boat for the job so he built a small canopy basically race boat Mystic. He never had a problem with the Outerlimits. He accomplished his goal and the new boat looks great. The boats are not identical at all.
