Bow stop covers??

I was thinking of removing the black marine carpet and rewraping them with indoor white carpet....should be ok??

I just use a piece of soft carpet remnant, glued to the stop. Been doing that for years, and have had no marks.

This is what I was talking about. I use this for spot cleaning the boat all year. Just shoot a coat of this ON the Myco rubber/silicone pads before loading, and it works great!! NO MARKS.
