I would be alot better of if I had just let it go down. Lesson learned. Won't make that mistake twice!

i felt the same way after all the bull$hit and time. However they can get you for pollution etc. of the waters from oil, fuel... it's a Lose/Lose Situation.

After all the jokes I've shot your way I'm supprised you don't remember me being there I was the one in the Quest.

Cord,
I saw everything happen from start to finish and I have no problem telling the truth. I will be more than happy to help you out in any way I can. After one year and this claim is not settled that is wrong Scott

I talked to WF tonight and he mentioned you, but doggone I can't recall! I'm certain that once I see a face (or the boat) it'll be bloody obvious! Anyways, thankyou very much!

Go get them Cord!!! I hope you beat these people!!!! Their claim as you explained it to me at LOTO makes absolutly no sence at all. Plus to say that they boat was not seaworthy come on!!! Didn't they have it surveyed before they insured you??? All the picuters that I ever saw of the boat it looked to be in really good shape!!!

On NBOA's behaf, they did make a half hearted attempt to get the issue resolved. Being a boat owner representative group though, I was expecting alot more hell fire from them though. Quite disappointed.

Dyno-do you have DanB's phone number?

Scott-great looking boat! We've always liked the PQ's, although I would have to agree with the bow lift being a bit excessive! lol!
