How do you guys go about figuring on the correct amount to use?

Get CG from builder, hang boat at CG by a strap and add or remove weight accordingly.

I knew I would find the info. I got the boxes from Taylor, I think the number is 800.821.3600 The battery box is solid alum. removable top. and comes complete with mounting hardware. the top is removable. I made a Alum angle going down one side of the box and then under it. bolted the angle on the front of the bulkhead, and then bolted the bottom of the box to the angle. even if the lead shot bag breaks, the shot will stay in the alum box and not roll around in the sponson.

I am trying to get my motor done for this weekend. we are going to run NYC if it is allright. Right after Skaterfest a new powerhead went on, but there was a problem with that one, Wed. they put a dressed powerhead on, and they are going to run it tomorrow.
