Does the plug in iPod play in stearo or mono? Looks like a mono system that is mostly for communication.

What else is everyone using, thinking about getting some also.

I have Piratecom and really like them. The set up I have is great. Piratecon was bought out by Setcom. I don't know much about them but it looks like they are building the same set ups.
I find that I rarely ever use them, for me I like to hear my surroundings and with my 1/4 canopy set up, wind noise is minimal.

I have been shopping for an upgrade set for my boat. I want to put a 6 man set up in the Nortech.

Get in touch with Tom Frank, He builds these things custom for the boat, and he is not much more than what I am seeing advertised here on the website.

His will integrate into your VHF, your IPOD, your stereo.

Everything except cell phone which I understand doesn't work very welleven for the guys that offer the cell phone option.

I had a 3 man set up from him in my old Magnum, and it was the best functioning set up I have used.
