Found why i keep having issues!!!!!
So I have had issues with almost every part of my 272. From the bow eye to the props on wrong when I picked it up. Well today I stripped some parts off the engine that ran. Sick stinger will post a pic soon of what we found......

Little something found in the fly wheel boys
Maybe he should have layed off the Cold ones when he put this together. 89272sr1 shouldnt touch a power wheels let alone a boat. I think my 1/4 ratchet was used 99% of the unbolting of this engine even the coupler and flywheel
