Personally I think the use of "it's not our part" is 1 of the biggest cop outs in all of the marine industry!! Have heard it from many marine people!! I call U don't go & buy your car/truck & take it back 2 the dealer & hear this crap even though parts/components R made elsewhere!! They don't send U 2 China 2 deal w/ a supplier cuz a circuit board malfunctioned!!! I practice Dentistry, if I do a filling & it fails do 2 my technique or a material failure, I don't send the patient 2 France where the material was made! I EAT IT, MY X & my overhead & I take care of the prob!!! No pass'n the buck!!!
