Most likely it feeds the engine air intakes directly thur 10" ducts. Those over the engines are really just to cool the engine compartment.
You wouldn't want that scoop feeding the canopy because if you stuffed the boat it would take your head off.

Both UK boats are World Champions serviced out of BANDIT PERFORMANCE MARINE in Brick, NJ !!!
