What kind of cat is this?

I was catching up on Burn Notice and they had an offshore cat in the 13th episode. Anybody know what kind it is? Its called "topless" and looks like a skater? I have a picture of it but I it is to large to upload in the .PNG format.

Next mystery- take a look at the ad and please tell me what does "No Power (motors only)" mean? Really didn't get too confused until I go to the details on the no power that isn't included?
