Oh, I watch Miami Vice still today.
I've never had or been on a boat with an arch so I really don't know. They may be cool as hell, but I am 6' 2" and I know after a few boat beverages it would clothesline me.

Perspective is evereything. At 5'6", a radar arch wouldn't be much of a problem for me. Heck, I don't see what the big deal is about 6' of headroom in a cabin....

I dont know how tall your arch is but mine must measure about at least six and a half feet off the floor
I have to stand on something to get to the top of it
Now if I am on the engine hatch, that is a different story
(not many boats have as much freeboard as mine does-- most boats look like they are sinking in the ass end if you ask me)
All depends on the manufacturer of the boat, and the arch and the rest of it all.
My boat came with an arch from the factory
that arch looks like the old chris craft arches
Still looks awesome

Hey TOO OLD,
Should have sold it to some young punk in a wigged out honda accord
He probably would have figured out a way to bolt it down to the trunk lid
He would have had a real fast fast car then with the matching crazy lookin fart can exhaust tip also
1 inch inlet pipe, 9 inch outlet
Yeah tha ull add ye some performance there sonney!!!
No I like the look of the arch but decision is ultimately yours
I had a radar setup on mine (raytheon) but with twin thirsty big blocks and 200 gallons of fuel where the hell am I going?

I do like the 4TH DIMENSION it adds to the boat though
