OSO gathering at Put In Bay, OH?????
So it's like this, I have the second week of July off (plant shut down) and I get to collect un-enjoyment. Anyone interested in meeting at the island on say, Thursday or Friday the 11th or 12th???? The weekend after that is Christmas in July, and I think I'm gonna skip that weekend this year. Too busy and too many idiots (present company excluded of course!)
Or maybe Kelly's Island instead??????

Just made plans to go there 28-29-30 this month with a group. Never been there before. Heard something about a large on water "soda"shop. I think they all mention about launching from around the park. Do I need to be conscerned about carry extra gas or is distance really not an issue?

US1, the island is about 8 miles offshore if you launch in Port Clinton, OH. Extra gas?
It's about 35 miles from Gilbralter, MI. Less than that from Toledo.

I will have to wing it for those dates. I might be working or I might not. I won't know until early July.
I was really wanting to go to Christmas in July though. But It sucks having to get there by Tuesday or Wed. morning to get a good spot for the boat.
