I can just imagine all the theories on claremont. As I mentioned, there was an investment firm out of NJ with the name Claremont. Could be them????
I could just imagine an intern walking in today to proudly proclaim he won every auction for $275k...oh and wisely avoided those junky mold things
Look on his bosses face would be classic!!! Anyways be curious to see what really went down. may have to call the lender to get the scoop AND my congratulations if these were actually real bidders!!!!!
