Default 30 spectre

I am considering makeing an offer on a 30 spectre with 300 pro-maxes. Does anyone have any experience with this combination. I heard that the early 300's were inconsistent as far as horsepower goes. Some say I should expect 105-110, others say maybe 95mph.

How well do they carry a load? Easy to plane with full fuel and passengers?

I currently have a 25 daytona but I need something a little larger and a true tunnel for our Michigan waters.

Any comments are appreciated.

I don't know about a spectre but I have a 30ft motion with 1999 300s runs 105 with full load of fuel and people and 109-110 light. Not great accelation at low rpms due to 34p props but ok past 4000rpms. Hope this helps

Fast and fun .....Expect a true 98-102 depending on conditions. Good day maybe a little more. Real GPS Numbers.

I have a 30 Spectre with I/O's. If you're not a real outboard
guy then you might want to stick with the I/O's. That was my conclusion after a factory test ride.

The boat is great, no regrets!

Default Is it this one?

This belonged to my friend. He traded it for a Dodge Viper and some cash. He got it out of Florida. It ran nicely, I would say 105 or maybe better. We never GPSed it cause he didn't have it long. He had a hard time selling it cause apparently it had been in an accident that he didn't know about and it had been repaired. Everyone else in the market was familiar with the boat and he lost big $ on it.

I have a 30 Spectre available for sale with triple 2.5EFI's for an ask of $98,900. 115MPH with lab finished props.
Got to our web site at: www.eastpier.com for more. It has very low hours. For sale due to disability.
