Yeah but 2 boats, 2 sets of expenses/insurance and you can go to any poker run and see identical boats to yours!

52 MCOB? No mistaken that one, there is only one!

Resale: It is going to hurt for sure!

52 OL that won't break 75 mph and has a hole in the bow!

The cockpit was widened not the beam of the boat. It should run fairly well with the diesels.

Thanks for the clarification, Dan.

The boat will far exceed 75mph.

It would be awesome if that boat would run 90 with that power. Can you give us the layup schedule? Is this a shaft drive boat?

i would think those 480's would have way to much TOURQ for those drive's unless they computer control the throttle or something like that ?

mikebrls 12-13-2011 07:28 PM

another idea is when they cut the deck open in the front keep it in one peace and finish it off so that it could be installed back on the boat at a later time to make the boat a closed bow . i have seen them do this on a few west coast boat's :)
just an idea

mike

Mike, the cummins motors come from mercury with NXTs. A variation of your idea may have already been thought of!:D
