Hey Ran Dom;

See if the marina has some pallets or blocking that they can place the under the lift just a little higher than the trailer. This way as you unbolt the frames you can just roll the floats onto the trailer that you park beside it...
just an idea.

BTW -- if you hear of anyone your way looking for a 12k hydro hoist mine is for sale still.

How wide? I assembled mine on a constr. trailer and floated it off. Can be done in reverse, float it on. And then if need be disassemble the frame to slide the tanks together???

You could probly get a local tow truck to lift them onto your trailer for a few bucks. Most of those guys have some rigging straps or chains they use for recoveries. Not a flat bed tow truck of course. call AAA when your ready to load or a little before. tel them you need a boom truck.

I thought of that to, thanks for all the ideas, it was pulled out of the water today, leaving for MD Friday night
